摘  要:目的:分析碳酸钙加维生素AD治疗小儿佝偻病临床效果及骨密度。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年7月本院收治的200例小儿佝偻病患者的临床资料,分为两组,对照组100例给予碳酸钙治疗,研究组100例给予碳酸钙加维生素AD治疗,观察两组治疗效果、患者的骨密度和生化指标情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(79.00%),P<0.05;研究组的骨密度指标改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的血钙[(1.98±0.23)mmol/L]、骨碱性磷酸酶[(203.79±17.13)U/L]改善情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:碳酸钙加维生素AD治疗小儿佝偻病临床效果较好,能增强患者的骨密度。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and bone mineral density of calcium carbonate plus vitamin AD in the treatment of children with rickets.Methods:The clinical data of 200 children with rickets who were admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.100 patients in the control group were treated with calcium carbonate,and 100 patients in the study group were treated with calcium carbonate plus vitamin AD.Observe the treatment effect,bone mineral density and biochemical indicators of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(79.00%),P<0.05;the improvement effect of the study group's bone mineral density was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the improvement of blood calcium[(1.98±0.23)mmol/L]and bone alkaline phosphatase[(203.79±17.13)U/L]in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Calcium carbonate plus vitamin AD has a good clinical effect in the treatment of rickets in children,and can enhance the bone density of patients.
