优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果及体会分析

摘　　要：目的:探究优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果及护理体会。方法:于2019年10月至2020年10月随机择选本院儿科收治的80例小儿肺炎患者为研究对象,由计算机系统按入院治疗顺序进行随机分组,即研究组和对照组,两组患儿例数均等。对照组患儿全部接受常规护理干预,研究组患儿全部接受优质护理干预。护理一段时间后,分别就两组患儿的护理满意度和不良反应发生率进行对比,用以评价优质护理的应用效果。结果:研究组患儿的护理满意度为97.5%,仅1例患儿出现院内感染不良反应,不良反应发生率为2.5%,而对照组患儿的护理满意度为80.0%,并且有7例患儿分别出现院内感染、心力衰竭等不良反应,不良反应发生率为17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肺炎患者行优质护理,可有效减少不良反应的发生,提高患儿和家长的满意度,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the application effect and nursing experience of high quality nursing in children with pneumonia.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,80 pediatric pneumonia patients in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object.The computer system randomly divided them into study group and control group according to the order of admission.The number of children in the two groups was equal.All children in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and all children in the study group received high-quality nursing intervention.After nursing for a period of time,the nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of children were compared to evaluate the application effect of quality nursing.Results:The nursing team with satisfaction was 97.5%,only 1 case had nosocomial infection adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.5%,while the nursing satisfaction of children in the control group was 80.0%,and 7 children had nosocomial infection,heart failure and other adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing for children with pneumonia can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of children and parents,which is worthy of clinical application.
