摘  要:上汽某百万超超临界燃煤机组每台炉配两台BE型三室四电场静电除尘器,针对电除尘厂用电率较高的情况,在确保环保指标达标的情况下,通过优化电除尘整流变出力、电除尘节能模式等节能措施,降低电除尘耗电率,取得了良好的节能效果。Each boiler of a million ultra supercritical coal-fired unit of SAIC Motor Corporation is equipped with two be type three chamber four electric field electrostatic precipitators.In view of the high power consumption rate of the electrostatic precipitator,under the condition of ensuring that the environmental protection indicators are up to the standard,the energy-saving measures such as optimizing the output of the electrostatic precipitator and the energy-saving mode of the electrostatic precipitator are adopted to reduce the power consumption rate of the electrostatic precipitator and achieve good energy-saving results.
