摘 要:海上风电相比于陆上风电,自然环境恶劣,且交通不便,运维可及性差,要求变流器具有高可靠性。采用容错控制则能有效提升系统可靠性。针对并联型三电平变流器外管开路故障,提出了一种无功环流注入的容错控制策略。通过对故障变流器注入无功环流,使得变流器运行在单位功率因数,从而使故障相电流绕开故障外管,有效容错运行。相比于d轴电流注入的容错方式,无功环流注入能有效降低发电机铜耗,并且不改变整个系统的功率因数。通过仿真验证了无功环流注入的容错控制的有效性和可行性。Compared with onshore wind power,the natural conditions at sea are bad and the traffic is inconvenient to maintain the wind power system,so wind power system needs to be highly reliable.The system reliability can be effectively improved by using fault-tolerant control.A fault-tolerant control strategy by injecting reactive circulating current was proposed for open circuit fault of the parallel three-level converter outer IGBT.By injecting reactive circulating current into the faulty converter,the converter operates at unity power factor,so that the faulty phase current bypasses the faulty outer IGBT,and the system can operate in a fault-tolerant state effectively.Compared with the fault-tolerant method of injecting d-axis current,injecting reactive circulating current can effectively reduce the copper consumption of the generator without changing the power factor of the entire system.The effectiveness and feasibility of the fault-tolerant control strategy were verified by simulation.
