中国聚烯烃高端化产品发展现状及前景分析

摘　　要：近年来,在石脑油蒸汽裂解制乙烯、煤制烯烃、乙烷裂解制乙烯、丙烷脱氢制丙烯等项目的带动下,中国聚烯烃产业快速发展,产能具备相当规模,但产业存在核心技术受制于人、自主创新能力不足、产品结构不合理等问题。介绍了中国聚烯烃产业现状、存在的问题及高端化发展态势,并重点对高档管材料、高档包装膜料、电线电缆料、医用料、超高分子量聚乙烯、电池隔膜料、聚烯烃弹性体等高端化产品发展进行论述,进而预测了产业发展前景并提出了高端化产品性能的改进方向。In recent years,driven by the projects like ethylene production by naphtha steam cracking,coal to olefin,ethylene production by ethane cracking and propylene by propane dehydrogenation China’s polyolefin industry has developed rapidly with a considerable capacity.There exist some problems in the industry including the restriction of core technology by others,the lack of independent innovation ability,as well as the unreasonable product structure.The author of this paper has introduced the present situation,existing problems and high-end development trend of polyolefin industry in China.Moreover,the author has focused on the elaboration on a series of high-end products such as high-end pipe material,high-end packaging film,wire and cable material,medical material,ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene,battery diaphragm material and polyolefin elastomer.In addition,the development prospect of the industry has been forecasted and the improvement direction of high-end product performance has been proposed.
