摘 要:电力系统调峰问题是制约新能源发展的关键因素之一,传统的生产模拟和测算方法已经不适于含多类型电源的复杂系统。以西北电网为研究对象,对西北电网抽水蓄能电站的调峰效益进行了研究。采用基于等可靠性指标和全时段8760 h生产模拟,测算了西北地区建设抽水蓄能电站的容量效益、电量效益、新能源弃电率和国民经济性等指标。计算中考虑了抽水蓄能电站的运行方式、水电跨日调节、抽蓄跨日调节、光热电站的跨日调节等因素。研究结果可为中国西北地区抽水蓄能电站的建设提供指导,也可为中国其他地区抽水蓄能电站的论证提供参考。The peakshaving of the electricity system remains one of the key factors hampering the development of the new energy.The traditional production simulation and measurement method could no longer be suitable for the complex system including various types of power sources.Taking Northwest China Power Grid as the research target,the peak shaving benefit concerning the pumped storage power station has been studied.By adopting the all-time production simulation(8760 h)based on reliability indicator,the author has measured indicators involving capacity benefit,electricity benefit,power abandonment rate as well as national economy regarding the northwestern power grid.The measurement also takes into account factors such as the operation method,power and water cross-day adjustment,pumping and storage cross-day adjustment,cross-day adjustment of solar and thermal power stations.The result of the research could provide reference for the development of the pumped storage power station in North West China and for the study on the pumped-storage power stations in other regions in China.
