摘 要:低温供暖在地热应用领域具有较好的应用前景。为了进一步提高地热低温供暖项目的经济效益,应加强投资与经济效益影响因素的研究,寻找提高经济效益的方法与措施。通过5个典型案例,分析论证了影响低温供暖项目投资水平的主要因素是钻井工程、地面工程、采出水温度和供暖面积,影响低温供暖项目经济效益的主要因素是供暖面积、投资指标、采出水温度和单井控制面积。针对中国地热资源特点和分布情况,以及当前低温供暖项目开发建设情况,提出了提高经济效益的主要途径—加大勘探力度优选地热资源、与房地产开发商合作联合开发共建共赢、增加供暖规模和提高单井控制面积等措施。Low temperature heating enjoys a good application prospect in the area of geothermal application.In order to improve the economic benefit of low-temperature geothermal heating,we should pay more attention to the study on the factors influencing investment and economic benefit and pursue measures to enhance economic benefit.The author of this paper,based on five typical cases,has analyzed and demonstrated the major factors influencing the investment level of low-temperature geothermal heating are drilling engineering,ground engineering,produced water temperature and heating areas.On the other hand,major factors influencing the economic benefit of the low-temperature geothermal heating projects are the coverage of heating,investment indicator,produced water temperature and the area of a well.According to the feature and distribution of China’s geothermal resources as well as the development of current low-temperature geothermal heating projects,the author has proposed the main methods of improving economic benefit involving the strengthening of the exploration of quality geothermal resources,cooperation with property developers to achieve joint development and win-win results and the increase of heating scale and the area of the area of a well.
