摘 要:提高采油厂配电系统的功率因数、减少线损、改善电压质量已成为一项重要的研究课题。通过了解采油厂高压配电电网现状、高压无功自动补偿装置的工作原理及组成、现场应用情况以及综合效果分析等。证明了应用高压无功自动补偿装置能有效实现线路降损和线路功率因数的提升,在某采油厂两条高压配电上应用,线路功率因数均稳定在0.92以上,降低线损达19.27kW,年节电量达168805.2kWh,节能效果明显,具有良好的推广应用价值。It has become an important research topic to improve the power factor of distribution system in oil production plant,reduce line loss and improve voltage quality.This paper introduces the current situation of high-voltage distribution network,the working principle and composition of highvoltage reactive power automatic compensation device and field application and comprehensive effect analysis in oil production plant.It has proved that the application of high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device can effectively reduce the line loss and improve the line power factor.When applied to two high-voltage power distribution,the line power factor is stable above 0.92.The line loss is reduced by 19.27 kW and the annual power saving is up to 168805.2 kWh.The energy-saving effect is obvious,and it has a good popularization and application value.
