摘 要:针对既包括中孔中渗油藏又包括低孔特低渗油藏的开发区块,随着油田采出液污水量增多导致双储水罐注水系统清污混注技术中,存储有污水的储水罐液位过高时,通过增大向中孔中渗油藏中增加污水注入量快速降低储水罐液位,此方法会加速形成中孔中渗油藏渗流优势通道,降低油藏驱替效果。另一方面,为防止低孔特低渗油藏敏感性损害,而向该类油藏持续注入清水,造成注水开发成本增加的问题,提供一种清水和污水互相切换的流程和方法,确保污水罐液位高时切换污水注入流程用于处理储水罐液位,储水罐液位合理时再切换清水注入流程,从而减少清水用量。现场应用后,3个注水站累计减少清水用量60.955×10^(4)m^(3)。The development blocks don't only include medium porosity and medium permeability reservoir,but include low porosity and ultra-low permeability reservoir.With the amount of sewage increasing in the oil field,cleaning-up mixing and injection technology of double water storage tank is applied.When the liquid level of the water storage tank storing sewage is too high,it can be quickly reduced by increasing the injection of sewage water into the medium porosity and medium permeability reservoir.This method will accelerate the formation of seepage dominant channel of medium porosity and medium permeability reservoir and reduce the displacement effect of the reservoir.On the other hand,in order to prevent the sensitivity damage of low porosity and ultra-low permeability reservoir,the reservoir is continuously injected clean water,resulting in the problem of increased cost of water injection development.The process and method for switching between clean water and sewage is provided to ensure that the sewage injection process is switched when the liquid level of the sewage tank is high.Then the process of clean water injection is switched when the liquid level of the water storage tank is reasonable,which greatly reduces the consumption of clean water.After applying it,the three water injection stations have reduced by 60.955×10^(4)m^(3)in the consumption of clean water.
