摘  要:a试验区扶余油层纵向小层多,砂体规模小,单层厚度薄,平均孔隙度12.7%,空气渗透率平均1.0 mD,整体属于致密储层,难开采。考虑常规压裂改造效果差、大规模缝网压裂投入不实际,在改造模式上,形成了Ⅰ类区块油井小缝网压裂,水井常规压裂,Ⅱ类区块油井全部采取适度规模缝网压裂的整体压裂投产改造模式;在方案设计上,以降本增效为目的设计应用新型清洁压裂液、坐压多层工具、连续油管等工艺,有效保证了区块整体压裂效果,投产后平均单井产油2.8 t/d,日产油比方案设计高0.7 t/d,目前已累计产油9 983 t,累计创效2 097.5万元。Fuyu oil reservoir in test area A is a tight reservoir and difficult to extract.Because it has the characters of small layers,small scale,small single layer thickness with an average porosity of 2.7%and average air permeability of 1.0 mD.Considering the poor effect of conventional fracturing and large investment in large-scale fracture network fracturing,the transformation mode of small fracture network fracturing in type Ⅰ oil wells is formed and due to conventional fracturing in water wells,the scale fracture network fracturing in type Ⅱ oil wells is formed.In terms of scheme design,new fracturing fluid,multi-layer tools and coiled tubing were designed for the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,which effectively guaranteed the overall fracturing effect of the block.After putting into production,the average oil production per well was 2.8 t/d and the daily oil production was higher 0.7 t/d than the scheme design.At present,the cumulative oil production is 9983 t and the cumulative efficiency is achieved 20.975 million yuan.
