摘 要:大庆油田通过探索和攻关超长冲程采油技术,及相关主体和配套工艺,开展试验,取得了较好效果,并在10余项采油工程方案开展了该技术的设计与实践。目前,大庆油田设计应用超长冲程抽油机平均日产液7.4t,动液面1017.3m,与常规抽油机相比,泵效由21.9%提高到64.9%,平均系统效率由10.8%提高到18.7%,平均节电率55.4%,检泵周期延长248d。超长冲程采油技术符合抽油机逐渐向长冲程、低冲次的运行发展趋势,一次性投资高,但是后期运行维护费用低,较好地解决了系统效率低、管杆偏磨、无效能耗高和维护工作量大等问题,提高了泵效,节能效果显著。Daqing oilfield has been continuously exploring and solving key problems of ultra-long stroke oil production technology and relevant subjects and supporting technologies are carried out,which has achieved good results.The design and practice of ultra-long stroke oil recovery technology have been carried out in more than 10 oil recovery projects.At present,ultra-long stroke pumping units have been designed and applied in Daqing oilfield with an average daily output of7.4 tons and working fluid level of 1017.3 meters.Compared with conventional pumping units,the pump efficiency has been increased from 21.9%to 64.9%and the average system efficiency has been increased from 10.8%to 18.7%.The average power saving rate has been 55.4%and the pump inspection period has been prolonged by 248 days.Ultra-long stroke oil recovery technology accords with the development trend of pumping unit moving to long stroke and low stroke.It has high one-time investment,but opeation and maintenance is low in the later period.It solves the problems of low system efficiency,rod string,high energy consumption and heavy maintenance workload,which improves pump efficiencyand savesenergy significantly.
