摘　　要：为了解决传统游梁式抽油机电动机底座更换皮带步骤繁琐,使用撬杠、大锤等多种重型工具存在磕碰、夹伤、砸伤、坠落等安全风险的问题,设计了抽油机双滑道电动机平台。借鉴滑道技术,通过螺杆拉动的方式,实现无需重型工具便可使电动机与减速箱轮快速靠近与“四点一线”的1次精准定位。使用双滑道电动机平台可优化简化电动机底座更换皮带的操作方法,更换皮带操作由2人降至1人,操作时间由30~40min降至4~5min,并有效规避了事故风险,提升了生产安全性能,提高了工作效率。In order to solve the complicated steps of replacing the belt of the base of the traditional beam pumping unit and to use crowbar,sledgehammer and other heavy tools existing the safety risks of bumping,clipping,smashing and falling,the double-slide motor platform for the pumping unit is designed.In view of the slide technology and the way of screw pulling,the motor and gearbox wheel can be quickly approached and"four point one line"precise positioning without heavy equipment.After the application,the belt replacement operation method of the beam pumping unit is optimized.The belt replacement operation is reduced from 2 people to 1 person and even the operation time is reduced from 30 min~40 min to 4 min~5 min,which efficiency avoids the accident risk and improves the safety performance and efficiency.
