摘  要:采用梯度提高碳源浓度的驯化方法,从实验室保存的细菌中筛选出三株可同时降解萘、菲、芘的菌株,并对其中降解效果最好的一株菌用颗粒活性炭吸附,制备成生物活性炭。结果表明:颗粒活性炭可以很好的吸附菌株,并对微生物起到一种保护作用,菌株经吸附后,仍可保持高活性。所得的生物活性炭可以有效地降解萘、菲、芘,当萘、菲、芘的初始质量浓度分别为100 mg/L的时候,生物活性炭的降解效率均在98%以上,与游离菌相比,其对萘、菲、芘平均降解率提高了约20%。此外,生物活性炭可长期重复使用,在萘、菲、芘初始质量浓度均为100 mg/L的条件下,生物活性炭重复使用,其降解效率均可保持在98%以上。Using gradient method to improve the concentration of carbon sources,three strains which could degrade naphthalene,Phenanthrene and pyrene at the same time were screened from the bacteria stored in the laboratory,and the bioactive carbon was prepared by adsorption with granular activated carbon of one of the best degrading bacteria.The results showed that granular activated carbon could adsorb the strains well and had a protective effect on microorganisms,and the strains could still maintain high activity after adsorption.The bioactive carbon can effectively degrade naphthalene,phenanthrene and Pyrene,when the initial concentration of naphthalene,Phenanthrene and Pyrene were 100 mg/L,the biodegradation efficiency of bioactive carbon was more than 98%,compared with free bacteria,the average degradation rate of naphthalene,phenanthrene and pyrene increased by about 20%.In addition,bioactive carbon can be reused very well,in the initial concentration of naphthalene,Phenanthrene and Pyrene are 100 mg/L,the bioactive carbon can be reused,and its degradation efficiency can be kept above 98%.
