摘 要:针对长泥龄运行下(SRT=100 d)的微压内循环多生物相反应器(MPR),探究不同进水C/P(分别为110、53、39)对系统脱氮除磷以及污泥特性的影响。实验结果表明,当进水C/P分别为110、53、39时,TP去除效率分别为95.42%、81.43%、55.91%,除磷效率明显降低。TP出水质量浓度随C/P变化的拟合公式为y=23.66/(x-30),R^(2)达到0.99。根据拟合结果计算出满足出水达标的最低C/P为77。拟通过投加碳源来解决高磷出水达标的问题,最小碳源投加量随C/P变化的拟合公式为y=11.60-204.46ln(x-25.63),R^(2)达0.96。系统中MLSS、MLVSS、MLVSS/MLSS随C/P的降低而下降,SV、SVI上升,污泥中微生物数量减少,沉降性能下降,微型动物种类丰富度减少、活性污泥性状变差,到C/P=39末期PAOs淘洗出系统,丝状菌及其他异养菌开始增殖。由于长SRT运行与反应器结构的优势,进水C/P的变化对COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN去除效果影响较小,去除效率分别保持在90%、99%、70%左右。The effects of different influent C/P(110,53,39,respectively)on the nitrogen and phosphorus removal and sludge characteristics were investigated for the micro-pressure swirl bioreactor(MPR)under long-sludge operation(SRT=100d).The experimental results showed that when the influent C/P was 110,53,and 39,the TP removal efficiency was 95.42%,81.43%,and 55.91%,respectively,and the phosphorus removal efficiency was significantly reduced.The fitting formula for the change of TP effluent concentration with C/P is y=23.66/(x-30),and R^(2)is 0.99.According to the fitting results,the minimum C/P that meets the effluent standard is 77.The problem of high phosphorus effluent reaching the standard was solved by adding carbon source.The fitting formula for the change of the minimum amount of carbon source with C/P is y=11.60-204.46ln(x-25.63),and R^(2)is0.96.In the system,MLSS,MLVSS,MLVSS/MLSS decreased with the decrease of C/P,while SV and SVI increased,the number of microorganisms in the sludge decreased,the settling performance became worse,the diversity of microfaunas decreased,and the properties of activated sludge deteriorated.When the PAOSsystem was produced at the end of C/P=39,filamentous bacteria and other heterotrophic bacteria began to proliferate.Due to the advantages of long SRT operation and reactor structure,the change of influent C/P has little influence on the removal efficiency of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN,and the removal efficiency is kept at about 90%,99%and 70%,respectively.
