摘  要:抗进水流量冲击是衡量污水处理工艺处理能力的重要指标之一。为挖掘三级缺氧-好氧(AO)工艺的抗进水流量波动潜力,构建三级AO工艺小试装置,考察了不同进水冲击负荷(提高进水流量以缩短停留时间(HRT))对污染物控制的影响,并解析工艺不同功能单元污染物降解特性。结果表明:三级AO工艺具有较好的抗冲击能力;虽然流量增加导致出水污染物浓度升高,但HRT为12 h时,系统处理效果满足一级A排放标准;流量导致的HRT变化对不同功能单元去除有机物的影响较小,而对氨氮(NH4+-N)和总氮(TN)的冲击较大;通过物料平衡分析,延长HRT促进了好氧反硝化和反硝化除磷过程。本研究可为污水处理厂评估受纳污水量提供理论和实践依据。Resistance to influent flow impact is one of the important indexes to measure the treatment capacity of the wastewater treatment process.To explore the potential of the tertiary anoxic aerobic(AO)process to resist influent flow fluctuation,a lab-scale tertiary AO process was constructed to investigate the effects of different influent shock loads(increasing influent flow to shorten hydraulic retention time(HRT))on pollutant control.Besides,the pollutant degradation characteristics of different functional units in this process were also analyzed.The results showed that the tertiary AO process had a superior ability to resist the impact of influent flow fluctuation.Though the increase in flow rate led to the increase of effluent pollutant concentration,the system could meet the first class A discharge standard when HRT was 12 h.The changes of HRT caused by flow rate had little impact on the removal of organic matter in different functional units,but greater impacts on the ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N)and total nitrogen(TN).Meanwhile,the extension of HRT promoted the aerobic denitrification and denitrifying phosphorus removal process by material balance analysis.Therefore,this study could provide a theoretical and practical basis for the sewage treatment plants to evaluate the amount of wastewater received.
