摘 要:以生猪养殖场厌氧消化出水为探究对象,构建了好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)体系,在中试规模下探究了不同浓度Ni影响下AGS处理畜禽养殖废水效能及污泥特征的变化规律。结果表明低浓度Ni(<2.0 mg/L)对AGS的处理效能及污泥特征影响不明显,而当Ni浓度高于2.0 mg/L,Ni存在降低了AGS中生物量并导致沉降性变差。当进水Ni为4.0 mg/L时,出水COD为73.5~76.8 mg/L,相应去除效率仅为81.3%~83.4%,远低于对照组。TN去除效率下降至70.6%~71.9%。高浓度NI降低了AGS内MLSS浓度并提高了SVI值。此外,Ni能影响AGS内胞外聚合物及组分的含量,当Ni浓度提高至4.0 mg/L,EPS含量升高至98.6 mg/g,PN和PS的含量分别为41.3 mg/g和25.9 mg/g。氧的利用速率和比耗氧速率揭示高浓度Ni存在能抑制微生物呼吸作用。本研究对评重金属Ni影响下AGS处理畜禽废水提供一定理论依据与数据支撑。Taking the anaerobically digested effluent of pig farm as the research object,an aerobic granular sludge(AGS)system was constructed.Under the pilot scale,the changes of AGS efficiency and sludge characteristics in the treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater under the influence of different concentrations of Ni were studied.The results showed that the low concentration of Ni(<2.0 mg/L)had no obvious effect on the treatment efficiency and sludge characteristics of AGS.When the concentration of Ni was higher than 2.0 mg/L,the existence of Ni reduced the biomass in AGS and led to poor sedimentation.When the influent Ni was 4.0 mg/L,the effluent COD concentration was 73.5~76.8 mg/L,and the corresponding removal efficiency was only 81.3%~83.4%,which was far lower than that of the control group.The TN removal efficiency decreased to 70.6%~71.9%.High concentration Ni decreased MLSS concentration in AGS and increased SVI value.In addition,Ni can affect the content of extracellular polymers and components in AGS.When the concentration of Ni increased to 4.0 mg/L,the content of EPS increased to 98.6 mg/g,and the contents of PN and PS were 41.3 mg/g and 25.9 mg/g,respectively.The oxygen utilization rate(OUR)and specific oxygen uptake rate(SOUR)revealed that the presence of high concentration Ni could inhibit microbial respiration.This study provides a theoretical basis and data support for the treatment of livestock and poultry wastewater by AGS under the influence of heavy metal Ni.
