欠发达地区公共图书馆新媒体服务策略研究——以微信公众号为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着网络技术的不断发展,新媒体成为包括图书馆在内各行各业的重要服务手段。本文旨在对欠发达地区公共图书馆的新媒体服务运营提供思路和启示。[方法/过程]对754个欠发达地区公共图书馆开设的微信公众号等新媒体服务平台进行调研,总结服务现状,分析特点,提出欠发达地区公共图书馆新媒体服务的改进策略。[结果/结论]欠发达地区公共图书馆应该采取坚持稳定运营、深入了解平台特点、注重宣传推广、加强互动交流等策略开展新媒体服务。[Purpose/significance]With the development of network technology,new media has become one of the important service means.The purpose of this paper is to provide ideas and inspiration for new media service operation of public libraries in undeveloped area.[Method/process]This paper investigates the new media service platform,which is set up by 754 public libraries in undeveloped area,summarizes the current service situation,analyzes the characteristics,and puts forward the improvement strategies for new media services of public libraries in undeveloped area.[Results/conclusion]Public libraries in undeveloped area should follow these strategies:insisting on stable operation,understanding the characteristics of different platforms,paying attention to publicity and promotion,and enhancing interaction and exchange.
