自拟凉血消风散联合盐酸西替利嗪对面部急性期激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟凉血消风散联合盐酸西替利嗪对面部急性期激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法收集面部急性期激素依赖性皮炎患者92例。采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各46例。对照组予以盐酸西替利嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以自拟凉血消风散治疗。观察两组皮肤屏障功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及经表皮失水率(TEWL)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平。结果治疗后,两组表皮皮脂含量、皮肤角质层含水量均显著高于治疗前,经皮水分丢失量显著低于治疗前,进一步组间比较,观察组皮脂含量、皮肤角质层含水量均显著高于对照组,经皮水分丢失量显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组TEWL、IL-4水平均显著低于治疗前,IFN-γ水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组TEWL、IL-4水平均显著低于对照组,IFN-γ水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟凉血消风散联合盐酸西替利嗪可以有效改善面部急性期激素依赖性皮炎症状以及皮肤屏障功能,显著抑制皮炎反应,不良反应发生率较低,安全性好。Objective:To explore the effect of self-designed Liangxue Xiaofeng Powder combined with certirizine hydrochloride on acute facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:A total of 92 patients with acute facial hormone-dependent dermatitis who were treated in our hospital were collected.Random number table method was used for grouping,namely the control group and the observation group,each with 46 cases.The control group was treated with the western medicine certirizine hydrochloride alone,and the treatment group was treated with self-designed Liangxue Xiaofeng Powderon the basis of the control group.The skin barrier function,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and levels of TEWL,IL-4 and IFN-γwere observed in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in epidermal sebum content,skin stratum corneum water content,and transepidermal water loss between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the sebum content and skin stratum corneum water content in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,while the transepidermal water loss was significantly lower than before treatment;further comparison between groups showed that the sebum content and skin stratum corneum water content in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the transepidermal water loss was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TEWL,IL-4 and IFN-γbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TEWL and IL-4 in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,while the levels of IFN-γwere significantly higher than before treatment;further comparis
