基于中医传承辅助平台探索慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:通过中医传承辅助平台探索治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的用药特点和组方规律。方法:在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)及中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)中搜索应用中医处方治疗CAG的相关文献,通过中医传承辅助平台分析所提取的全部处方,分析用药特点及组方规律,并对得到的新处方进行分析。结果:共收集到CAG相关处方207首,剔除重复处方和不合理处方后得到180首待分析处方,涉及中药203味,其中用药频次≥20次的中药有32味,排名前5位的药物分别为茯苓(89)、党参(85)、白术(84)、黄芪(63)、炙甘草(61);药物分类中,多使用补虚药、理气药、消食药等,用药多甘温,多归脾、胃经;排名前5位的高频药对为白术-茯苓(63)、党参-茯苓(56)、党参-白术(54)、陈皮-茯苓(47)、炙甘草-茯苓(46);得到68个3味药、14个4味药核心组合,新处方12首。结论:中医治疗CAG主要通过益气健脾、理气消食,兼顾祛湿化痰的治法,为临床发展新型处方提供了理论支撑。Objective:To explore the medication rules of the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis via the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform.Methods:The relevant literature on the application of Chinese medicinal prescriptions for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis were searched against CNKI and Wanfang Data.All the extracted prescriptions were analyzed via the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform to reveal the medication rules and analyze the new prescriptions obtained.Results:A total of 207 prescriptions related to chronic atrophic gastritis were collected.After excluding duplicates and unreasonable prescriptions,180 prescriptions to be analyzed were obtained,involving 203 Chinese herbal medicines.Among them,there were 32 Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥20.The top five herbal medicines were Poria(89),Codonopsis Radix(85),Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(84),Astragali Radix(63),and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle(61).Most of the used herbal medicines are sweet and warm and have the effects of tonifying,regulating qi,and promoting digestion,with the tropism to the spleen and stomach meridians.The top five high-frequency herb pairs were Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Poria(63),Codonopsis Radix-Poria(56),Codonopsis Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(54),Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Poria(47),and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle-Poria(46).Furthermore,68 core combinations of 3 herbs,14 core combinations of 4 herbs,and 12 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis mainly follows the principle of replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,regulating qi and promoting digestion,while taking into account removing dampness and resolving phlegm,which provides theoretical support for the clinical development of new prescriptions.
