摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘方法分析文献中治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的中医用药规律,为临床遣方用药提供参考。方法:收集整理近10年文献中医药治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的处方,录入中医传承辅助系统软件(V3.0),采用互信息法和复杂系统熵聚类法等技术手段,对治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的方剂处方进行组方规律分析。结果:对筛选出的96首治疗慢性肾盂肾炎的处方进行分析,使用频次均在20次以上有4味,排在前4位为茯苓、山药、甘草、生地黄;中药四气中以寒性药最多,中药五味以甘味药为最多,中药归经以肺、肾经为最多,中药功效以补虚类为最多;其关联系数在支持度为16.7%的常用药对8个,获得4个核心组合;舌象以舌红频次最多,脉象以脉细频次最多;证候统计以湿热证为最多。结论:高频药物的配伍体现了中医治疗慢性肾盂肾炎多以祛邪扶正为核心,用药以补肾健脾、清热利湿、益气养阴为主的治疗原则。Objective:To analyze the rule of Chinese medicine against chronic pyelonephritis based on the data mining method and provide references for clinical regimens.Methods:The prescriptions of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis from literature in recent decades were collected and recorded into the software of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V3.0).The mutual information method and complex system entropy clustering method were used to analyze the composition rules of the prescriptions against chronic pyelonephritis.Results:Ninety-six prescriptions against chronic pyelonephritis were screened out and analyzed.There were 4 compositions(Poria,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and Rehmanniae Radix)with the frequency of use more than 20 times.In terms of the four properties of Chinese medicines,most Chinese medicines had cold properties.In terms of the five flavors of Chinese medicines,most Chinese medicines had sweet flavors.Most Chinese medicines were attributed to the lung meridian and kidney meridian,with the efficacy of tonifying deficiency.The correlation coefficient was found in 8 commonly-used medicine pairs with the support degree of 16.7%,and 4 core combinations were obtained.The red tongue was the most frequent in the tongue manifestation,and the thin pulse was the most frequent in the pulse manifestation.The syndrome of dampness-heat was the most common the syndrome statistics.Conclusion:The compatibility of high-frequency medicines reflects the principle of the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis with traditional Chinese medicine,which focuses on eliminating pathogens and reinforcing healthy qi,using the medicines with tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen,clearing heat and draining dampness,and replenishing qi and nourishing yin effects.
