摘  要:全球范围内恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率呈逐年上升趋势,已严重威胁人类生命健康。药物治疗是肿瘤综合治疗中的重要手段,然而在治疗过程中肿瘤对药物产生耐药性是治疗失败的主要原因之一。耐药性使药物对肿瘤细胞作用明显下降,肿瘤细胞迅速复发和扩散,严重降低患者生命质量,缩短患者生存期。β-榄香烯是我国自主研发的抗肿瘤植物化学药,是国家Ⅱ类新药,因其广谱、安全、低毒的优点在临床上广泛应用。榄香烯能有效逆转肿瘤耐药细胞耐药性,且与抗肿瘤药物联合应用有协同增效、降低不良反应的作用。现探讨榄香烯对不同肿瘤耐药细胞株逆转耐药的作用机制,拟为今后榄香烯开展临床研究提供参考。The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors were increasing year by year worldwide,which was a serious threat to human life and health.Physical therapy was an important means of tumor treatment.However,tumor resistance to drugs was a main cause of treatment failure.Drug resistance significantly reduced the drug effect on tumor cells,and thus the tumor cells quickly relapsed and spread,lowering the quality of life of patients and shortening their survival time.Beta-elemene was a new national classⅡanti-tumor phytochemical independently developed in China,which has been widely used in clinic because of its broad spectrum,high safety and low toxicity.Many studies showed that elemene could effectively reverse tumor cell resistance and had synergistic effect and decreased adverse reactions in combination with anti-tumor drugs.This paper investigated the mechanism of elemene in reversing the resistance of different resistant tumor cell lines,aiming to provide reference for the future clinical research.
