摘  要:为了解决大体积混凝土质量检测的技术难题,提出了一种无损检测技术——声波散射混凝土扫描成像技术(Cscan)。从基本原理、现场采集、数据处理及结果的工程解释等方面对Cscan技术进行了详细研究,并开展了其对某液化天然气(LNG)储罐基坑混凝土密实性的检测试验,验证其准确性。结果表明,Cscan技术对大体积混凝土的检测精度较高,在只具有单一可测面的现场条件下具有良好的应用效果。In order to solve the technical problem of compactness detection of mass concrete, a new nondestructive testing technology of acoustic scattering concrete scanning(Cscan) imaging was proposed. Cscan technology and its characteristics were explained in detail by covering basic principles, field collection, data processing and engineering interpretation of results. To verify the accuracy of this method, a test for the compactness of concrete in a liquified natural gas(LNG) storage tank foundation pit was carried out. The test results show that the Cscan technology has high detection accuracy for mass concrete, and has a good application effect in the field with only a single measurable surface.
