摘　　要：当前航天企业面临的新形势对航天产品质量管控提出了更高的要求,需探索质量管控新模式。因此,围绕产品质量提升和员工良好行为习惯培养,探索了精益管理方法与人、机、料、法、环等质量管控要素相结合的航天产品生产过程质量管控新模式,从而提升航天产品质量管控水平。At present,the new situation facing aerospace enterprises puts forward higher requirements for aerospace product quality control,which needs to explore a new mode of quality control.Therefore,for the improvement of product quality and the cultivation of good behavior habits of employees,the new mode of quality control in aerospace product production process of combining lean management method with quality control elements,such as man,machine,material,method and environment,is explored,so as to improve the quality control level of aerospace products.
