摘 要:产品验收是保证设计目标实现的重要环节,应采用合理的方法测量产品状态,以数据形式准确、客观、全面、经济地评价产品质量及产品生产过程中的控制情况。针对当前产品验收中存在的问题,进行了产品验收的功能分析与设计原则研究,提出了产品精细化验收的4项基本原则,形成了精细化的验收项目确定方法、测量方法、数据处理方法、合格判据及质量评价方法。在此基础上,结合产品三维设计,将精细化验收要求流程化和信息化,为精细化验收方法的有效实施奠定了基础。Product acceptance is an important link to ensure the realization of design objectives.Reasonable methods should be used to measure the product status,and the product quality&the controlled situation in the product production process,which should be evaluated accurately,objectively,comprehensively and economically in the form of data.In the view of problems existing in the current product acceptance,the function analysis&design principle research of product acceptance are carried out,and four basic principles of product fine acceptance are put forward,which forms the fine acceptance item determination method,measurement method,data processing method,qualification criterion and quality evaluation method.Based on this,combined with the three-dimensional design of products,the requirements of refined acceptance are processed and informationized,which lays the foundation for the effective implementation of refined acceptance methods.
