摘 要:星敏感器是卫星惯性空间姿态确定的关键设备,随着宇航及商业航天领域应用需求的细分,卫星对星敏感器的供电接口、通讯方式、空间环境等方面提出越来越多的差异化要求,加剧了星敏感器产品设计的定制化和验证环节的离散化,造成了巨大的资源浪费。针对该问题,提出了星敏感器模块化设计原则和方法,以需求包络化、设计模块化及验证统筹化的方式,解决了需求差异化带来的定制繁多且验证离散的问题,为后续产品设计提供了新的思路。Star sensor is the key equipment of satellite inertial space attitude determination.As the subdivision of application requirements in space navigation and commercial aerospace fields,the satellite work puts forward more and more differentiated requirements for the power supply interface,communication mode and space environment of star sensors,which intensifies the customization of star sensor product design and the discretization of verification,and results in a huge waste of resources.To solve this problem,the authors propose a modular design principle and method of star sensors.By means of demand envelope,design modularization and verification integration,the problem of numerous customization and discrete verification caused by demand differentiation is solved,and a new idea is put forward for subsequent product design.
