化瘀止痛汤联合穴位敷贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨化瘀止痛汤联合穴位敷贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年10月至2020年3月于本院门诊就诊的118例气滞血瘀型原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组59例。对照组予以化瘀止痛汤治疗,研究组采取化瘀止痛汤联合穴位敷贴治疗,比较两组临床疗效、痛经分度总分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医症状积分及生命质量。结果 研究组治愈率为54.24%,总有效率为94.92%,均高于对照组的33.90%、81.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组痛经分度总分为(3.08±0.64)分、VAS评分为(2.24±0.82)分、中医症状总积分为(9.84±1.08)分,均低于对照组的(6.59±1.19)、(4.39±1.31)、(12.37±1.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生理、独立性、心理、环境、社会关系评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 化瘀止痛汤联合穴位敷贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经效果显著,能减轻患者疼痛,缓解痛经症状,且可有效提高患者的生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huayu Zhitong decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods 118 patients with primary dysmenorrhea caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Huayu Zhitong decoction, while the study group was treated with Huayu Zhitong decoction combined with acupoint application, the clinical efficacy, total scores of dysmenorrhea classification, visual analogue scale(VAS) score, TCM symptom score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the study group were 54.24% and 94.92%, both of which were significantly higher than 33.90% and 81.36% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total score of dysmenorrhea was(3.08±0.64) scores, VAS score was(2.24±0.82) scores, and the total score of TCM symptoms was(9.84±1.08) scores in the study group, all of which were significantly lower than(6.59±1.19),(4.39±1.31),(12.37±1.96) scores in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of physiology, independence, psychology, environment, and social relationship in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea caused by Qi stagnation and blood stasis with Huayu Zhitong decoction combined with acupoint application has good effect in alleviating pain and symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and effectively improves the patients’ quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
