四妙勇安汤联合负压吸引治疗湿热证糖尿病足患者的疗效及对患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨四妙勇安汤联合负压吸引治疗对湿热证糖尿病足患者的疗效及对患者预后的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年1月于本院进行治疗的50例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组25例。对照组采用负压吸引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合四妙勇安汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床指标及炎症指标水平。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组足背动脉血流量大于对照组,创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 四妙勇安汤联合负压吸引治疗湿热证糖尿病足患者疗效显著,能明显缩短患者恢复时间,改善其机体状况,缓解炎症反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Simiaoyong’ an Decoction combined with negative pressure suction on diabetic foot patients with damp-heat syndrome and its influence on prognosis. Methods A total of 50 patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from January 2018to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with negative pressure suction, and the observation group was treated with Simiaoyong’ an decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical indexes and inflammatory indexes between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). The blood flow of dorsal foot artery in observation group was greater than that in control group, the wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in control group,and the hospitalization cost was less than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment, C-reactionprotein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Simiaoyong’ an decoction combined with negative pressure suction is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot patients with damp-heat syndrome, which can shorten the recovery time of patients, improve their body condition and relieve inflammatory reaction, it is worthy of clinical application.
