摘　　要：目的 探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血浆内毒素在新生儿败血症中的价值。方法 选取2020年10月至2021年3月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的45例新生儿作为研究对象,根据疾病类型分为新生儿败血症组、其他感染性疾病组与非感染性疾病组,每组15例。3组均实施IL-6、血浆内毒素检验,比较3组IL-6、血浆内毒素水平。结果 新生儿败血症组内毒素、血乳酸、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)和IL-6水平均高于其他感染性疾病组和非感染性疾病组,且其他感染性疾病组明显高于非感染性疾病组(P<0.05);治疗后,新生儿败血症组血乳酸、CRP、PCT和IL-6水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);4项指标联合检测的诊断结果可靠性最高,且显著高于任一指标的单独检测(P<0.05)。结论 血乳酸、CRP、PCT和IL-6等均为新生儿败血症检查和诊断的可靠指标,但单一指标诊断结果准确性有限,可实施多种指标联合检测,以提高检测结果的可靠性。Objective To investigate the value of interleukin-6(IL-6) and plasma endotoxin in neonatal sepsis. Methods 45 newborns admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into neonatal septicemia group, other infectious diseases group and non infectious diseases group according to the type of disease, with 15 cases in each group. The levels of IL-6 and plasma endotoxin among the three groups were compared. Results The endotoxin, blood lactate, CRP, PCT and IL-6in the neonatal sepsis group were higher than those in other infectious disease group and non infectious diseases group, and the other infectious disease groups were significantly higher than those in non-infectious disease group(P<0.05);after treatment, the blood lactate, C-reactionprotein(CRP), procalcitonin(PCT) and IL-6 in the neonatal septicemia group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);the diagnostic results of the combined detection of the four indicators have the highest reliability, and were significantly higher than the single detection of any indicator(P<0.05). Conclusion Blood lactate, CRP, PCT and IL-6 are reliable indexes for the examination and diagnosis of neonatal sepsis, but the accuracy of single index is limited, combined detection of multiple indexes can be implemented to improve the reliability of the results.
