宫颈微波联合康妇凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探究采用宫颈微波联合康妇凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年4月于本院接受治疗的80例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,每组40例。对照组采用宫颈微波治疗,观察组采用宫颈微波联合康妇凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效、相关恢复指标(阴道排液时间、阴道出血时间、术口愈合时间)及治疗前后SF-36评分情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组阴道排液时间、阴道出血时间、愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在宫颈微波治疗基础上采用康妇凝胶配合治疗慢性宫颈炎可有效提高患者疗效,改善患者阴道排液及出血情况,促进其愈合情况的同时提高患者治疗后的生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical microwave combined with Kangfu gel in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cervical microwave, and the observation group was treated with cervical microwave combined with Kangfu gel. The clinical efficacy, related recovery indicators(vaginal discharge time, vaginal bleeding time, surgical opening healing time) and SF-36 scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than77.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the vaginal discharge time, the vaginal bleeding time and surgical opening healing time were shorter than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of cervical microwave therapy, the use of Kangfu gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis can effectively improve the patient’ s therapeutic effect, can effectively improve the patient’ s vaginal discharge and bleeding, promote its healing, and effectively improve the patient’ s quality of life after treatment, it is worthy of clinical application.
