摘　　要：舌诊、脉诊是中医学独具有特色的诊断方法。上海市名中医范忠泽教授通过多年的临床观察,认为肿瘤患者的舌质以淡、淡紫、青紫或红紫为主,舌苔以剥苔、厚或腻苔为主,舌体为齿痕或胖大兼有齿痕,这些舌像均反映无论哪种肿瘤都有一个正虚的内在体质病机。肿瘤患者的脉象表现为五脏功能或气血虚损,脉诊还能协助判断肿瘤预后。本文通过总结范师在舌诊脉诊的临床经验,强调正确判断患者体质状态极为重要,深刻体现了扶正治癌的学术理念。Tongue Diagnosis and Pulse Diagnosis are characteristic diagnostic methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Professor FAN Zhongze, the Famous TCM Doctor in Shanghai,through years of clinical observation, believes that the tongue qualities of tumor patients are mainly light,purple, blue or red purple. The tongue mossmainly includes exfoliative fur, thick or greasy moss. Tongue bodies are tooth marks, fator marks of both teeth. In whatever kinds of tumor, thepatients’ tongue images show internal constitution machine of positive and deficiency. About the pulseimage, tumor patients express five viscera function or loss of Qi and blood deficiency. Pulse diagnosis is also anassistent in the judgment of tumor prognosis.This article summarizes professor FAN’ s clinical experience of tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis, emphasizes that it is very important to correctly judge the patients’ physical condition. This article also deeply reflects the academic concept of strengthening body resistance in the treatment of cancer.
