孕前健康体检的现状分析及孕前保健的模式探讨

摘　　要：目的 分析孕前健康体检现状,探讨孕前保健模式,提高妇女孕前保健质量。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年8月本院接受孕前检查的500名女性作为观察对象,重点观察国家孕前优生健康检查项目,包括甲状腺功能、血糖血脂、贫血检查、尿常规、血常规、白带常规、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGCT)、TORCH、B超、肝肾功能、梅毒、乙肝筛查等。结果 甲状腺功能、白带常规、宫颈癌细胞、B超、TORCH受检率较高,分别为21.40%、45.00%、47.20%、48.20%、66.60%;OGCT、贫血、胸片、尿常规、心电图受检率较低,分别为4.60%、3.40%、4.00%、3.20%、3.00%。结论 大力普及孕前优生健康教育工作,优化孕前保健模式,将婚前检查结合孕前检查,促使孕前保健线上交流平台不断完善、健全,有助于孕前保健质量水平进一步提高。Objective To analyze the status quo of pre pregnancy health examination and explore the mode of pre pregnancy health care, so as to further improve the quality of women’ s pre pregnancy health care. Methods 500 women who underwent pre pregnancy examination in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation subjects, and the national health examination items of eugenics before pregnancy were mainly observed, including the thyroid function, blood glucose and lipid, anemia, urine routine, blood routine, leucorrhea routine, OGCT,TORCH, B-ultrasound, liver and kidney function, syphilis, hepatitis B screening, etc. Results The higher rates of thyroid function, leucorrhea routine, cervical cancer cells, B-ultrasound and TORCH were 21.40%, 45.00%, 47.20%, 48.20% and 66.60% respectively;the lower rates of OGCT, anemia, chest X-ray, urine routine and ECG were 4.60%, 3.40%, 4.00%, 3.20% and 3.00%, respectively. Conclusion To popularize the health education of eugenics before pregnancy, optimize the mode of pre pregnancy health care, combine premarital examination with pre pregnancy examination, and promote the continuous improvement and perfection of online communication platform of pre pregnancy health care, which will help to further improve the quality of pre pregnancy health care.
