摘  要:为实现调度端对智能变电站业务的实时监视和设备故障的快速定位,在规范网分装置功能和模型的基础上,提出一种基于全通信链路的调控交互数据监测方法。将网分装置采集的信息上送至调控主站,根据智能变电站的全站系统配置描述/远动配置描述文件、调控自动化点表等信息,建立调控交互数据监测模型;通过信息之间的关联将离散报文进行匹配分析,可视化再现调度端与变电站端数据通信全过程,实现变电站调控交互数据的监测。结果显示所提技术让网分装置的监测结果得到充分利用和共享,实现了对设备故障的快速定位和在线评估。该研究有利于变电站数据的可视化监控与管理。In order to realize the real-time monitoring of intelligent substation business and the rapid location of equipment fault at the dispatching end,a regulation interactive data monitoring method based on full communication link is proposed on the basis of standardizing the functions and models of network message recording and analysis devices.Firstly,the information collected by the network message recording and analysis devices are uploaded to the regulation master station,and the regulation interactive data monitoring model is established according to the substation configuration description/remote configuration description(SCD/RCD)file of the intelligent substation and the regulation automation point table.Then,the discrete messages are aggregated through the correlation between information,and the operation process and message matching analysis of dispatching end and station control end are reproduced by visual means,so as to realize the monitoring of substation regulation interactive data.The results show that the proposed technology makes full use of and share the monitoring results of network sub devices,and realizes the rapid positioning and online evaluation of equipment faults.This research is beneficial to the visual monitoring and management of substation data.
