摘  要:针对大规模培养硅藻过程中环境盐度变化问题,以隐秘小环藻(Cyclotella cryptica)为研究对象,在实验室条件下比较了不同盐度(5,10,20,30,40)培养条件对隐秘小环藻的生长、光合潜力、沉降、细胞大小及藻壳物理性质的影响。研究表明,隐秘小环藻能在广泛的盐度范围内生长,各盐度条件下最大相对生长率无显著差异,但光合潜力变化显著,生物量随培养环境盐度的增加而增大。与盐度5组相比,盐度40组的隐秘小环藻的细胞体积增加了1倍左右,藻壳的孔容和比表面积增加了2倍左右,沉降4 h后沉降率提高了76.4%。研究结果表明,高盐度引起的隐秘小环藻细胞体积增大和藻壳比表面积增加是导致该微藻快速沉降的主要因素。In this study, different salinities(5, 10, 20, 30 and 40) were used in culturing Cyclotella cryptica in laboratory in order to determine the effects of salinity on the growth, photosynthetic potential, sinking and cell size of C. cryptica and the physical property of its frustules. The results indicated that C. cryptica grew in a wide range of salinities. No significant difference in maximum relative growth rate was found among salinities tried. However, photosynthetic potential changed significantly, biomass increased with the increase of salinity. Compared to 5, higher salinities increased the cell volume of C. cryptica more than 1 times;the pore volume and specific surface area of frustule increased about 2 times, and the sinking rate increased more than 76%. These findings implied that increases of cell size and specific surface area of frustules are important for inducing the rapid sinking of C. cryptica.
