摘　　要：以3,3,3-三氟-2-氧代丙酸乙酯或1,1-二氯-3,3,3-三氟丙酮三水合物为原料可制备得到3,3,3-三氟-2-羟基丙酸乙酯。3,3,3-三氟-2-羟基丙酸乙酯是制备3,3,3-三氟丙酮酸半缩酮、2-羟基-3,3,3-三氟丙醇、三氟甲基环氧乙烷和1-羟基-2,2,2-三氟乙基正己酮等含氟中间体的原料。本文介绍了3,3,3-三氟-2-羟基丙酸乙酯的制备及应用进展情况。Using 3,3,3-trifluoro-2-oxopropionate ethyl ester or 1,1-dichloro-3,3,3-trifluoroacetone trihydrate as raw material,ethyl 2-hydroxy-3,3,3-trifluoropropanoate can be prepared.Ethyl 2-hydroxy-3,3,3-trifluoropropanoate is the raw materials for the preparation of 3,3,3-trifluoropyruvic acid hemiketal,2-hydroxy-3,3,3-trifluoropropanol,trifluoromethyl oxirane,1-hydroxy-2,2,2-trifluoroethyl-n-hexanone and other fluorine-containing intermediates.This paper introduces the progress of preparation and application of ethyl 2-hydroxy-3,3,3-trifluoropropanoate.
