摘 要:哌啶基噻唑异噁唑啉类杀菌剂具有全新的化学结构和作用机理,对霜霉病和疫病等植物卵菌纲病害具有卓越防效。作为第2种商业化的哌啶基噻唑异噁唑啉类杀菌剂,由拜耳公司开发的fluoxapiprolin与氟噻唑吡乙酮具有诸多的相似性,但其用量更低、安全性更好、对环境的压力更小。Fluoxapiprolin具有广阔的市场前景,其研究、开发和应用有望为种植者提供新的防治轮换药剂。从理化性质、毒性、生物活性、作用机理、原药合成、制剂及应用等方面对fluoxapiprolin的研究开发进展进行总结,以期进一步促进该杀菌剂的应用。Piperidinyl thiazole isoxazoline fungicides have a new chemical structure and mechanism of action,and have excellent control effects on plant oomycetes such as downy mildew and blight.As the second commercialized piperidinyl thiazole isoxazoline fungicide,fluoxapiprolin developed by Bayer has many similarities with oxathiapiprolin,but it has lower dosage,better safety and less pressure on the environment.pressure.Fluoxapiprolin has broad market prospects,and its research,development and application are expected to provide growers with new control rotation agents.The research and development progress of fluoxapiprolin was summarized from the aspects of physical and chemical properties,toxicity,biological activity,mechanism of action,synthesis of original drug,preparation and application,in order to further promote the application of this fungicide.
