摘　　要：本文通过对冰箱新品开发过程中三项重要而非常规的试验方法(即电控冰箱程序测试方法、电子式定时器对温控器参数的测定方法和遇水变色油墨对风冷冰箱密封改进的试验方法)进行阐述,说明这些试验方法不仅具有及时发现产品质量问题,直观记录产品问题的作用,而且能够提高工作效率,缩短产品开发周期,减少测试人员工作量,为大家在新品开发时提供一些借鉴。This article is aimed at the new product development process of refrigerator,the article describes some important and uncommon experimental test methods,such as the method of the electric refrigerator program test,the method of electronic timer for determination of parameters of temperature controller and the test method for water color ink on the air-cooled refrigerator sealing improvement.These test methods not only have the timely detection of problems,visual record of the role,but also can improve the work efficiency,shorten the development cycle,reduce workload.
