摘  要:隧道是一个半封闭的交通系统,它的照明系统是保障行车安全的一个重要组成部分。平直隧道的常规照明技术经过多年的研究与实践,已经基本形成了完整的技术概念和产品体系。但对于长距离隧道、隧道内弯道以及螺旋隧道等,与普通平直隧道具有完全不同的结构和行车要求,应当具有专门的照明系统设计概念和技术体系才能更好地保证行车安全性和行车效率。本项目基于延崇高速金家庄特长螺旋隧道的照明需求开展研究工作,通过对灯具的光学设计,设计具有明确指向性、非对称配光、高出光效率及均匀混光的多平面和自由曲面相结合的透镜模组,提高照射均匀度,并减少眩光对司驾人员的影响,提高司驾人员目标识别能力。设计开发了一种光轴方向与行车方向同向、无眩光的隧道照明灯具,通过连续布置及低压供电技术,使该隧道的照明环境舒适,有效提高了行车安全,并达到了节能的目标。Tunnel is a semi-closed traffic system,and its lighting system is an important part to ensure traffic safety.After years of research and practice,a complete technical concept and product system for the conventional lighting technology of straight tunnel has been formed.However,for long-distance tunnels,tunnel bends and spiral tunnels,which have completely different structure and driving requirements from ordinary straight tunnels,specialized lighting system design concept and technical system should be provided to better ensure driving safety and efficiency.This project carries out corresponding research work basing on the lighting requirements of Jinjiazhuang extra long spiral tunnel of Yanchong expressway.Through the optical design of lamps,a lens module combining multiplane and free surfaces with clear directivity,asymmetric light distribution,high light output efficiency and uniform light mixing is designed.This design enhances the illumination uniformity and reduces the impact of glare on drivers,and hence improves the target recognition ability of drivers.The tunnel lighting lamp is designed and developed with the same direction of optical axis with the driving direction while producing no glare.Through a continuous layout of lamps and low-voltage power supply technology,the lighting environment within this tunnel is comfortable,the driving safety is effectively improved and the goal of energy saving is achieved.
