Investigation on Residential Lighting in Guangzhou and Foshan

摘  要:照明与人的生活息息相关,开展住宅照明系列研究,探索改善现状的途径,对提升住宅环境品质具有重要意义。本文是上述工作的一部分,采用自愿非随机抽样和方便抽样的方法,选取50户住宅实施入户面访和照明测量,发现单户照明合格率为0,各房间合格率仅为2%~16%。合格率最低的房间是卧室和起居室、最低的指标是照度,主要原因为照明设备选型、安装位置不当和产品质量问题。采用主成分法对学习室照明进行分析,发现主要影响因素为照度和R_(a),其次为反射比与T_(cp),在此基础上尝试进行照明指标综合评价,其结果表现出合理性。Lighting is closely related to people’s life.It is of great significance to carry out a series of research on residential lighting and explore ways to improve the current situation.This paper is a part of the above work.By using the methods of voluntary non random sampling and convenient sampling,50 flats were selected for face-to-face interview and lighting measurement.It was found that the qualified rate of single flat was 0,and the qualified rate of each room was only between 2% to 16%.The rooms with the lowest qualification rate are bedrooms and living rooms,and the lowest indicator is illuminance.The main reasons are lighting equipment selection,improper installation position and product quality problems.The principal component method is used to analyze the lighting in the study areas.It is found that the main influencing factors are illuminance and R_(a),followed by reflectance and T_(cp).On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation of lighting indicators is attempted,and the results show rationality.
