摘  要:核电厂中,气动调节阀通过连续、精准、迅速调节压力、流量、液位等重要参数,保证机组的安全稳定运行,因此气动调节阀的可靠性至关重要。简述气动调阀的单体调试过程和方法,分析了调试过程中出现的典型问题,提出了相应的解决方法,对后续阀门操作和调试有一定的指导意义。In nuclear power plant,the pneumatic control valve ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit by continuously,accurately and rapidly adjusting the pressure,flow rate,liquid level and other important parameters.Therefore,the reliability of the pneumatic regualation valve is very important.This paper briefly describes the single commissioning process and method of pneumatic regulating valve,analyzes the typical problems in the commissioning process,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,which is of certain guiding significance for the subsequent valve operation and commissioning.
