摘  要:气流参数表示了流经的客户末端的状况,以此判断客户用气是否正常。在1100个燃气用户处安装数据采集器,整理数据并绘制各类典型的压力、温度、流量的小时变化趋势图,找到共性规律,建立燃气用户用气画像。分析诊断客户用气,将生成的压力、温度、流量和时间图线与典型用气画像对比,符合规律的为运行正常,否则为不正常。此成果已应用于识别燃气泄漏、变送器自身故障等,能够增强企业与相关机构的风险识别能力。The airflow parameter indicates the condition of the client end that flows through,and it can be used to judge whether the client's gas consumption is normal.After installing data collectors at 1,100 gas users,organize the data and draw various typical hourly trend graphs of pressure,temperature,and flow rate,find common laws,and build gas user profiles.Analyze and diagnose the gas consumption of the customer,and compare the generated pressure,temperature,flow rate and time graph with the typical gas consumption profile,among which,the operation is normal if it conforms to the law,otherwise it is abnormal.This achievement has been applied to identify gas leaks,transmitter failures,etc.,which can enhance the risk identification capabilities of enterprises and related institutions.
