摘 要:二氧化氮(NO_(2))是最主要的大气污染物之一,环境中极低体积分数NO对人体健康产生较大危害,因此室温下实现NO_(2)高灵敏检测具有重要的实际意义。二维层状材料SnS对NO_(2)气体具有选择性好、响应/恢复快等特点,但其电学性能差导致电学信号采集困难。以构建SnS_(2)/In_(2)O_(3)异质结的方式实现室温NO_(2)高灵敏检测,通过两步溶剂热法合成制备了不同Sn与In摩尔比的SnS_(2)/In_(2)O_(3)异质结,气敏性能测试结果表明:当Sn与In摩尔比为1︰5时,大部分In_(2)O_(3)纳米球分布在SnS花瓣上,气敏性能最佳;当NO_(2)体积分数为1×10^(-6)时,灵敏度高达2600%,SnS_(2)/In_(2)O_(3)异质结是制备室温NO_(2)传感器的理想材料。NO_(2)is one of the most important air pollutants, which is harmful to human body even at a very low volume fraction.Therefore, highly sensitive detection of NO_(2)gas at room temperature is of great practical significance.Two-dimensional layered material SnShas the advantages of good selectivity, fast response and recovery speed to NO_(2),while its poor electrical performance causes the difficulty of electrical signal acquisition in practical applications.SnSand metal oxide heterojunction are constructed to realize the highly sensitive detection of NO_(2)at room temperature.SnS_(2)/In_(2)O_(3)heterojunction with different ratios of Sn︰In are prepared by two-step solvothermal synthesis method.The results of gas sensing performance test show that when the ratio is 1︰5,most of the In_(2)O_(3)nanospheres are distributed on the SnSpetals, which performs the best gas sensitive performance to NO_(2).When the volume fraction of NO_(2)is 1×10^(-6),the sensitivity reaches 2 600 %.The SnS_(2)/In_(2)O_(3)heterojunction is an ideal material for the preparation of NO_(2)sensor at room temperature.
