摘　　要：外泌体在细胞之间通讯传递与功能调控过程中发挥重要作用。近年来发现,外泌体参与眼科疾病的病理过程,是眼科疾病预后和诊断的重要生物学标志物。房水相对容易获取,房水外泌体的研究逐渐受到重视。本文对房水外泌体在眼科疾病中的应用及研究进展作一综述。Exosomes play an important role in the process of intercellular communication and functional regulation.In recent years,it has been found that exosomes are widely involved in the pathological process of ophthalmic diseases,and they are important biomarkers for the prognosis and diagnosis of ophthalmic diseases.Aqueous humor is relatively easy to obtain,and more and more attention has been paid to the study of aqueous humor exosomes.This article reviewed the application and research progress of aqueous humor exosomes in ophthalmic diseases.
