摘 要:针对三电平逆变器系统结构复杂、工作模式多变以及存在参数不确定性等特点,提出一种基于解析冗余关系与模糊理论的参数性故障诊断方法;采用键合图理论建立逆变器的键合图模型,根据因果路径法推导出全局解析冗余关系,并获得逆变器参数的故障特征矩阵;采用遗传算法优化隶属度函数,通过残差分析获取观察特征,并通过比较观察特征和故障特征进行参数性故障检测和隔离;将所提出的方法应用于T型逆变器,利用20-SIM软件和MATLAB平台进行仿真分析。结果表明,所提出的方法能有效实现绝缘栅双极型晶体管参数性故障检测和隔离。Aiming at the characteristics of complex structure, changeable working modes, and uncertainty parameters of three-level inverter system, a parametric fault diagnosis method based on analytical redundancy relationship and fuzzy theory was proposed. A bond graph model of inverters was established by using bond graph theory. A global analytical redundancy relationship was derived according to causal path method, and a fault characteristic matrix of inverter parameters was obtained. Membership functions were optimized by using genetic algorithm to obtain observation characteristics through residual analysis, and parametric fault detection and isolation were carried out by comparing observation characteristics and fault characteristics. The proposed method was applied to T-type inverters, and simulation analysis was performed by using software 20-SIM software and MATLAB platform. The results show that the proposed method can effectively realize parametric fault detection and isolation for insulated gate bipolar transistors.
