摘　　要：随着城市人口老龄化程度的不断加深,社会对既有住宅加装电梯的需求越来越强烈。浅底坑是困扰加装电梯常见的技术问题之一。本文从安全技术规范对底坑空间的要求出发,详细介绍了既有住宅加装电梯浅底坑的解决方案和风险分析,并提出针对性的建议。With the deepening of urban population aging,the demand for adding installation of elevators in existing residential buildings is getting stronger."Shallow pit"is one of the common technical problems plague the adding installation of elevators.This paper introduces the solution and risk analysis of shallow pit for adding installation of elevators in existing residential buildings from the requirements of safety technical specifications for bottom pit space,and puts forward targeted suggestions.
