摘　　要：近年来,上海市既有多层住宅加装电梯数量逐步从“个案”走向“量产”,加装电梯作为一项新生事物,也作为一项重要的民生工程,得到了社会各界的高度关注。本文对《既有多层住宅加装电梯安全技术要求》(DB31/T1298-2021)进行研究,以期为加装电梯的选型配置提供参考。In recent years,the number of elevators adding to existing multi-storey residential buildings in Shanghai has gradually changed from individual cases to mass production.As a type of novelties and an important project of people's livelihood,the installation of elevators has received high attention from all walks of life.In this paper,"Safety technical requirements for elevators adding to existing multi-storey residential buildings"(DB31/T 1298-2021),a local standard of Shanghai,is analyzed in order to provide reference in the selection and configuration of adding elevators.
