摘　　要：团粒法是复合肥生产的基础工艺,虽然更多被看作是粗犷的物理掺混和经验型的生产过程,但是在实际过程中也有许多的科学理论去参考借鉴。结合理论试验数据和生产实践,讨论物料黏度、原料和返料的细度、原料pH、物料湿度、操作温度对造粒操作的影响,为团粒法复合肥配方设计及工艺参数控制提供依据,保证生产持续、高效、稳定进行。Agglomeration process is the basic process of compound fertilizer production.Although it is more regarded as a rough physical mixing and empirical production process,there are also many scientific theories to refer in the actual process.Based on the theoretical test data and production practice,the effects of material viscosity,fineness of raw materials and returned materials,pH of raw materials,liquid phase of materials and operating temperature on granulation operation are discussed,providing a basis for the formulation design and process parameter control of compound fertilizer with agglomeration process and ensuring the continuous,efficient and stable production.
