摘  要:以肥料为研究对象,通过改变进样体积、梯度洗脱程序确定色谱柱类型,采用试剂空白和空白样品加标回收确认基质效应的干扰情况,建立超声提取-液相色谱串联三重四极杆测定肥料中12种植物生长调节剂的方法。结果表明,正离子目标化合物质量浓度在50~1000 ng/mL,负离子目标化合物质量浓度在5~100 ng/mL,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9983,线性良好,相对标准偏差在2.55%~8.98%,样品加标回收率在90.67%~114.57%,方法操作简单,检出限低,精密度好,准确度高。Fertilizer is taking as the research object,the type of chromatographic column is determined by changing the sample volume and gradient elution procedure,and the interference of reagent blank and blank sample spiked recovery is investigated to confirm matrix effect.A method for the determination of 12 kinds of plant growth regulators in fertilizer by ultrasonic extraction and liquid chromatography in series with triple quadrupole is established.The results show that when the mass concentrations of the positive ion target compounds and anion target compounds are 50-1000 ng/mL and 5-100 ng/mL respectively,the correlation coefficients of the standard curves are greater than 0.9983,the linearity is good,the relative standard deviation is 2.55%-8.98%,and the recovery of the samples is 90.67%-114.57%.The method is simple,with low detection limit,good precision and high accuracy.
