摘  要:国标采用喹钼柠酮重量法测定磷酸铵中水溶磷,样品处理较繁杂,测定过程耗时150 min以上。采用离子色谱法测定磷酸铵中水溶磷含量,淋洗液采用1 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)+3 mmol/L NaHCO_(3),样品预处理操作简单、迅速,分析时间为15 min,方法灵敏度高,加标回收率为99.6%~100.5%,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.21%,准确度高,精密度好。In the national standard,water-soluble phosphorus in ammonium phosphate is determined by quinamoxycitrone gravimetric method.The sample processing is complicated,and the determination process takes more than 150 minutes.Ion chromatography is selected to determine the content of water-soluble phosphorus in ammonium phosphate,the eluent is 1 mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)+3 mmol/L NaHCO_(3).The pretreated of sample and the operation is simple and rapid,the analysis time is 15 min,the method has high sensitivity,the recovery rate of standard addition is 99.6%-100.5%,the relative standard deviation of the six determination results is 0.21%,the accuracy is high,and the precision is good.
