医学生参与社区老年人慢性病管理志愿服务的调查研究

摘　　要：分析医学生在参与社区老年人慢性病管理志愿服务方面的行为和态度。采取整群抽样的方式,对某医学院护理学专业400名在校学生进行问卷调查,分析其对于志愿服务的看法和观点及其参与志愿服务的情况。从学生的活动参与倾向来看,未来必定参与学生占比70.8%,大概率参与学生占比19.5%,可能参与学生占比8.8%,不确定是否会参与的学生仅占1%,表明学生对于老年人慢性病管理志愿服务的态度相对积极。从活动组织形式来看,志愿者协会负责制订社区服务组织方案,占比55.8%,学校团委与其他社会组织也会不同程度地开展各类志愿服务工作,占比各为25.5%、11.3%,学生自行参与的情况相对较少,占比7.5%。在服务内容方面,学生参与过的社区服务内容主要以疾病知识讲解和健康教育为主,占比58.3%,另外包括测量血糖、血压或其他生命体征指标,占比各为20.8%、13.8%,参与心理干预和危机处理活动较少,占比7.3%。医学生在老年人慢性病管理方面具有明确的知识和技能优势,因此可以建立社会和学校共同运作的志愿服务联动机制,提升老年人慢性病管理工作水平。The study analyzes the behavior and attitude of medical students in the volunteer service of community elderly chronic disease management.Through cluster sampling method,400 students of nursing major in a medical college are investigated by questionnaire survey.Their opinion on volunteer service and the participation situation of volunteer service are analyzed.From the participation tendency of the students,the proportion of students,who will certainly participate,accounts for 70.8%;that of students,who will mostly participate,accounts for 19.5%;that of students,who will may participate,accounts for 8.8%;and that of students,who haven’t decided,accounts for 1%.This indicates that students are active in participating in the volunteer service of elderly chronic disease management.From the form of events organization,voluntary association is in charge of the formulation of community service scheme,accounting for 55.8%;school Chinese Communist Youth League committee and other social organization develop various kinds of volunteer service to different extents,accounting for 25.5%and 11.3%respectively;students’participation is relatively rare,accounting for 58.3%.From service content,the content of community service which students participate in is mainly disease knowledge explanation and health education,accounting for 58.3%;blood glucose,blood pressure and other vital signs index measurements account for 20.8%and 13.8%,respectively;the number of students who participate in psychological intervention and crisis management activities is less,accounting for 7.3%.Medical students has definite advantages of knowledge and skill in elderly chronic disease management.Therefore,it is suggested to establish society and school volunteer service linkage mechanism,and improve elderly chronic disease management level.
