摘　　要：以景德镇陶瓷大学为例,基于OBE理念开展环境工程微生物学实验教学改革与实践。提出了教学改革的有效策略:构建递进式的实验内容,反向推导各课程为满足目标达成所需要的知识、能力和素质要求;优化教学方法,把实验课从单纯进行实验技能训练转变为基础的科学研究;丰富教学手段,在国家级实验教学示范中心的基础上构建数码显微互动平台;完善评价方式,全面地反映学生的学习情况,以期在提高教学效果的同时达到培养学生自主创新能力的目的。Through taking Jingdezhen Ceramic University as an example,the study explores the reform and practice of experimental teaching of environmental engineering microbiology based on OBE concept.The effective measures of teaching reform are proposed,i.e.to construct progressive experimental content,reversely deduce each course to satisfy the knowledge,ability and quality requirement;optimize teaching method,change simple experiment skill training in experiment course into basic scientific research;enrich teaching method,construct numerical code microscopy interactive platform based on national experiment teaching demonstration center;perfect evaluate method,comprehensively reflect students’learning situation,to train students’independent innovation ability while improve teaching effect.
